Ron Dumont-Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Dumont held key management positions in Digital Equipment
Corporation, Lonza Biologics, and Vitts Networks, Inc., as well as
founding and operating a successful consulting and integration company.
Mr. Dumont brings to Spectra Access extensive VAR and business partner
relationships that included Digital Equipment Corporation, Hewlett
Packard, IBM, and AT&T. Mr. Dumont’s experience includes
building technical teams to provide senior systems engineering,
information technology, and network consulting for Fortune 1000
companies in both the United States and Europe. His accomplishments
include an instrumental role in standardizing global network
technologies for Lonza.
Bret Clark-Chief Operating Officer/Chief Technical Officer
Mr.
Clark has been involved in the packet communications market since 1986,
covering all aspects of the industry, including wireless, telephony,
and the cable market space. Recent positions include working for One
Communications where he was responsible for the architect of their data
strategies with direct responsibility for a core line of six (6) key
telecommunication products that provided voice, internet, &
private
networking services while representing $78 million in annual sales
revenue. Prior to that Mr. Clark was a co-founder and director of
Product Development for Vitts Networks and was instrumental in building
a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) that provided high-speed
TCP/IP packet services throughout 250 central offices serving more than
100,000 business users. Prior to Vitts, Mr. Clark was with Cabletron
Systems for eight years and served as a technology advisor to
Cabletron's CTO and was involved with several IEEE and IETF committees
that help introduced key networking standards used today by the
industry.
Ruth Axtell-Director of Sales and Marketing
Ms. Axtell brings to Spectra Access more than 10 years of sales
development, sales operations, strategic account management, and
marketing experience in the high tech industry. Additionally, she has
extensive entrepreneurial skills having been involved in starting
several businesses. Axtell is responsible for driving sales growth by
developing and managing key strategic relationships and business
consumer & enterprise partnerships. Prior to Spectra Access,
Axtell
served as an account manager at Pragmatech Software, where she
achieved over 35% sales growth on the west coast territory. Before that
she was a Sr. Executive Account Manager with PC Connections achieving
over $6.5 million in sales annually and was directly responsible for
dealing with several large accounts such as Hearst Publications,
Rosenbluth International & The Boston Red Sox while routinely
achieving triple digit sales growth for product lines under her
supervision.
