Spectra
Access maintains an email Network Maintanance Notification list for customers of
Spectra Access. If you wish to be part of this list, please open a
support ticket at
http://support.spectraaccess.com. Only customers of Spectra Access will be approved for network notifications via email.
Network Maintenance Notice
Network Maintenance Scheduled for Aug. 19th 2010 between 2AM & 6AM.
Engineers will be working on
firmware/configuration changes to infrastructure routers that will
require a reboot. During this time window, your Internet may be
interrupted between 2-5 minutes as those routers restart. Additionally
some changes are planned to our BGP core routers that may temporarily
affect Internet connections as Internet routes are rerouted to other
BGP routers. While we've scheduled the window from 2AM to 6AM, we
believe most of the work will be completed within a 90 minute time
frame with only brief Internet interruptions.
No action is required by you to
restore service. If you have questions about this maintenance window,
